LAXMI NARAYAN DASH
Mr. Laxmi Narayan Dash holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and a Post Graduate Diploma in Packaging from the Indian Institute of Packaging. With over 21 years of experience, he began his career in an MNC and has worked with BRC-certified companies. He has 7 years of international experience in the UK and Turkey, specializing in flexible packaging and business turnaround strategies. His expertise lies in reviving loss-making units into profitable ventures and ensuring continuous growth and sustainability in the packaging industry.
ARUN RATHI
With over 15 years of experience in the flexible packaging industry, Mr. Arun Rathi independently manages multiple companies with a combined turnover exceeding ₹120 crore. Holding a Master’s degree in Finance from the UK, he has established a strong customer base across India. He is a partner in Modern Poly Pack, a leading poly sheet manufacturer with over 50 years of expertise, and is the sole distributor of GAIL and BCPL for poly granules in Odisha.
